Subways Refunds/Returns Policy
If the customer is not happy
Proof of Purchase must be shown
Item must be returned with 24hrs of purchase
If more than 25% of the item is consumed-it can not be returned
although there is the exception if foreign objects are found.
Full purchase price is refunded
Since you cannot order and buy subs online, I will have to go to store and pay with my money.

When returning the product after receiving poor customer service

• Talk to the person who made it
Purchasing a faulty product
• Exchange product in store with proof of purchase receipt
• Return it
Change of mind purchase
• Tell the cashier that you don’t want it
